About the Role

As a Junior Brand Associate, you will play a key role in bringing client brands to life. Working across events, residential, and B2B marketing campaigns, you'll help build brand awareness, engage customers, and support the effective delivery of campaign strategies. Full training will be provided to help you develop strong brand representation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally across in-person marketing campaigns Engage customers, communicate brand messages, and deliver product/service information Support the execution of promotional and outreach activities Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team Assist with setting up and maintaining campaign materials at events Work collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign goals Stay up to date with brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation Participate in training sessions to expand brand and product knowledge

What We're Looking For

No previous marketing experience required - full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, friendly, and proactive attitude Ability to work well in fast-paced environments Interest in branding, marketing, or customer engagement Professional presentation and willingness to learn
