As a Junior Brand Manager, you will be working alongside a very energetic and exciting team headed up by a fantastic Marketing Director.

This is an ideal role for an Assistant Brand Manager or Marketing Executive looking for a step up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop online and offline brand campaigns - liaising with different teams within the organisation, and agencies, developing assets and supporting overall campaign delivery.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising various sales data. Present the findings to senior stakeholders with suggested improvements.
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, and new product information; relaying customer service requests.
  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues across the firm to win, retain, and deepen client relationships through the delivery of digital strategy
  • Provide reasonable support to follow-up inquiries resulting from marketing activities, referrals, and affiliate programs.
  • Able to develop, implement and deliver market-leading digital campaigns to raise brand awareness, engage with target audience and convert traffic on all social channels.
  • Work with internal and external parties to develop creative content for delivery across web, social and email as well as external event activities.
  • Manage brand budget & track monthly budget performance.
  • Present to senior stakeholders brand plans and get sign-off for marketing activity.
  • Optimizing online profiles on digital platforms and other interfaces when necessary.
  • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Planning and organising promotional presentations.
  • Develop content for web, social, and email-based customer marketing activity aimed at developing a loyal community.
  • Work with 3rd party agencies to deliver effective and efficient marketing campaigns e.g. creative and media buying.
  • Identify potential target audience and work closely with the marketing team to plan, schedule and communicate content.
  • Sharing knowledge internally with the team
  • A good understanding of SEO, being actively involved in SEO efforts, and managing relationships with agencies.
