About the Role

Uralensis's Innov8 is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support the development and deployment of PathHub Digital Pathology LIMS. This full-time, onsite role at Victoria Works, Oakenbottom Road offers the opportunity to work directly with clinical teams, developers, and stakeholders to improve lab workflows and optimize our software solutions.

As a Junior BA, you will assist in gathering requirements, supporting system testing, and contributing to the overall enhancement of digital pathology systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, document, and analyze business requirements from clinical and laboratory teams for PathHub Digital Pathology LIMS.
Support the mapping of lab workflows to system features and ensure effective software deployment.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and track test results and feedback.
Liaise with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are met in system development.
Develop training materials and provide user support for end-users in clinical and laboratory settings.
Help ensure PathHub LIMS complies with NHS and healthcare regulatory standards.
Contribute to ongoing system enhancements and functionality improvements.
Qualifications & Skills

Degree in life sciences, health informatics, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous exposure to healthcare or medical software systems (internships or entry-level roles) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or digital pathology workflows is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a clinical or laboratory environment.
Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software is a bonus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
