What we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive
Junior Business Developer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a passion for business development, eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the company's growth. You should be comfortable communicating with clients, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Support the team throughout the entire business development cycle, from lead identification to deal closure.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the business development strategy to support company growth goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
Utilise CRM tools to manage lead pipelines and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions.
Establish, nurture, and grow strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Maintain long-term relationships by providing consistent support and regular updates on company offerings.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs and pain points of each prospect.
Arrange and conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Deliver presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
Organise and attend networking events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Liaise with marketing, product, technical, and legal teams to ensure alignment during the business development process.
