In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily activities, assist with managing call schedules, monitor performance metrics, and provide essential administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound call activities.
Monitor call centre performance and report key metrics to the management team.
Assist with training and onboarding new call centre staff.
Handle administrative tasks such as updating customer databases and preparing call reports.
Support the marketing team with campaign-related calls and customer follow-ups.
Act as a communication link between the call centre agents and management.
Requirements
