As a Junior Call Centre Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for engaging with clients and prospects over the phone. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to support marketing campaigns, provide information, and build positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Deliver clear, concise information about marketing services and campaigns
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate queries as necessary
Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system
Support the marketing team by generating leads and qualifying prospects
Achieve set targets for calls and conversions
Assist with feedback collection and reporting to improve customer experience
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Previous call centre or customer service experience desirable but not essential
