As a Junior Call Centre Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving campaign success by contacting potential customers, delivering key brand messages, and generating leads or sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers as part of ongoing marketing campaigns Present product or service offerings clearly and persuasively Qualify leads and book appointments or convert calls into direct sales where applicable Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and campaign outcomes Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards Work closely with campaign managers to report on progress and customer feedback Achieve daily and weekly performance targets in a supportive team environment Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service

Ideal Candidate



Confident communicator with a clear, friendly phone manner Motivated by goals and eager to learn and develop sales skills Able to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or call logging systems A team player with good time management and reliability Previous call centre, retail, sales, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
