Your Role:

As a Junior Campaign Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, taking charge of multiple exciting projects across various industries. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage contracts, and oversee the successful delivery of campaigns. You will be empowered to collaborate with an experienced team, helping to shape and execute strategies that make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage multiple client campaigns, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Build and nurture relationships with clients, being their go-to point of contact and trusted advisor. Work with a diverse range of industries, learning and applying new strategies for each unique project. Manage campaign timelines, contracts, and internal processes while coordinating with different teams. Drive team collaboration and leadership by helping manage junior members and fostering a positive, productive culture. Get involved in brainstorming sessions, creative planning and the implementation of cutting-edge campaign strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An eagerness to learn and grow within the industry, with a passion for creating impactful campaigns. A proactive attitude and a desire to work collaboratively in a supportive, fun team environment. Previous experience in campaign management or project coordination is a plus, but not essential. A can-do attitude is key!
