JPW Consulting Ltd are looking for a Junior CDM /H&S Advisor to deliver services in line with the CDM 2015 regulations and assisting clients with implementing their duties. The role provides CDM Advisor/H&S Consultant support to clients, ensuring the project delivery team are complying with the CDM regulations and are mitigating the risk as far as is reasonably practicable and ensure any residual risks are managed where necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Provide CDM Advisor/H&S Consultant support to clients.
Respond to queries in line with the level of skills, knowledge, and experience within the parameters of the role.
Identify where reasonably practicable ways to eliminate, reduce, or control foreseeable risks that may arise during pre-construction phase.
Assist clients with the production of the pre-construction information for projects and ensure this is issued to the project team capturing identified risks and hazard associated with the project and the site.
Understand/evaluate construction phase plans, method statements, design risk management and risk registers and report on any gaps.
Review health & safety files for the projects.
Support our clients and carry out site inspections of proposed development sites and ensure appropriate inspection and/or monitoring reports are issued in accordance with current regulations.
Assist and support, in the continual development and improvement of the CDM consultancy services, both internally and externally, to aid the growth and turnover year on year.
Experience
Holder of appropriate health & safety related qualification(s) e.g. NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate level as a minimum.
Proven organisational and administrative business skills & MS Office skills.
Ability to build client relationships with positive outcomes and act as a true ambassador for the business - professional, confident, client facing communicator both verbally and written.
Must be a positive team player but able to work independently.
