We're looking for a
Consultant and Sales Executive
to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering value to our clients while driving business growth.
The Role
As a Consultant and Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of our client service and sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Consultancy Duties
Respond to client queries relating to their CQC applications
Complete complex CQC applications in collaboration with our client administrator
Conduct initial discovery calls with new clients to gather information
Support clients in preparing for interviews and inspections
Review completed applications for errors and completeness
Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and CQC guidelines
Suggest ongoing improvements and business growth opportunities
Sales & Admin Responsibilities
Respond to inbound enquiries (no cold calling!)
Convert prospects into clients via calls and video meetings
Upsell additional services (e.g., policy packs, post-registration support)
Generate and send contracts and invoices
Follow up on outstanding payments

About You
We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and client-focused -- with a strong mix of consultancy and sales skills.
Essential
:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Previous experience with CQC - either in registrations, inspections, hands on care work or compliance
Motivated and target-driven with a desire to grow
Confident handling client conversations and following up with leads
Ideal
(not required but a plus):
Background in Health & Social Care
Previous sales or customer service experience
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
