We're looking for a

junior or early?career Structural Designer

to join our team -- the perfect role for a

product design graduate or emerging designer

eager to build real industry experience and grow into a specialist.

As part of our creative team, you'll work alongside experienced designers and technicians to explore the potential of corrugated materials and bring ideas from sketch to prototype to finished product. This is a hands?on role where you'll gain practical, commercial experience in:

Developing structural packaging concepts from initial idea to manufacturable design Using industry-standard CAD tools and prototyping equipment Solving real design challenges for well?known brands Applying sustainable design principles and understanding material performance Collaborating with production teams to refine and finalise concepts
