ontrol, monitor, analyse and report cost related aspects for designated projects within a Portfolio. P
erformance Analysis- identify & understand variances against the baseline. C
ost Reconciliation M
onthly reporting including status reports & accountability meetings with stakeholders. C
ost Forecasting A
ssist with Baseline Management and Change & Risk Management A
ssist in the development and use of Project Control Structures (CBS, OBS, WBS etc.) C
lose working relationship with the Planning Project team to maintain an aligned financial position with the project plan, playing a key role in an integrated Project Delivery team G
ood grasp of Excel. Formulas required (IFs, ANDs, ORs, V/X LOOKUPS, SUMIF(S)) and experience of working with big datasets. A
bility to read data and pull out the meaning and concisely produce commentary for all levels of the business. P
revious experience of cost control together with the ability to administer transactional aspects in SAP, including order placement and accruals S
ome experience / understanding of Earned Value Analysis / Earned Value Management (EVM) H
igh level of numeracy and excellent analytical skills E
xhibits awareness of the level of interaction required with the project team function to support the successful delivery of projects D

elevant experience in Project Controls and/or Project Delivery, preferably in a highly regulated environment E
xcellent MS Office skills and well versed in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. H
NC/HND, degree qualified or experience in a cost related discipline is desirable C
