The Role



As a

Junior Customer Care Assistant

, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries and support, helping to resolve issues, provide product information, and represent both our company and the brands we work with in a professional and caring manner. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for helping people and an interest in marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Provide accurate information about our services, products, and campaigns Handle feedback, complaints, and queries with professionalism and empathy Support customers through every step of their experience with us Maintain up-to-date customer records using CRM systems Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer expectations are met Help monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Basic computer skills and comfort using email, CRM tools, and online platforms Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a bonus - but not essential
