Team
Join us as a Customer Service Associate and work with our Customer Service leaders and our team to support the launch and growth of Raisin's platform in the United States out of our Manchester UK HQ.
Our international team of highly skilled professionals wants to welcome you to an exciting and rewarding work environment. The talented members of this team will be expected to grow into taking on new challenges as the US business grows and more opportunities become available. Our team enjoys collaborating in office two times per week.
Your Responsibilities

• You are the contact person for our customers and handle enquiries across voice and digital channels with professionalism and empathy.
• You inspire with your friendly manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
• You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening and investment process, right through to basic tax issues.
• You will follow work instructions to respond to customers who are dealing with a sensitive or complex topic such as complaints, vulnerable customers (TEXAS model, early terminations, IT issues, bereavement, etc.
• You gain a detailed product knowledge in order to resolve customer enquiries.
• You ensure customer matters are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.
• You adhere to our data control principles.
• You work well alongside a diverse team.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector.
• You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• You demonstrate high attention to detail and focus on priorities.
• You have proficient MS Office (or google equivalent) and IT skills and are open to learning new programmes.
• You are flexible and open to a new challenge.
• You speak and write English at a native-speaker level.
• You're comfortable in a hybrid setup, working every Tuesdays and Wednesday's from our Manchester HQ
