As a

Junior Customer Service Coordinator,

you will be the link between our marketing teams and our customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring that customer interactions are smooth, professional, and aligned with campaign goals. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow within customer experience and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in managing customer interactions across marketing campaigns Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with event and outreach teams to ensure accurate customer communication Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback Help streamline processes to improve customer satisfaction Support campaign execution by managing administrative tasks Collect and analyse customer feedback for campaign improvements
