Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the customer journey. You'll act as the link between the marketing teams and our customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person at events Track and manage customer queries and feedback through CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and follow-ups Provide clear and accurate information about campaigns and services Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions Support campaign teams during launches, events, and promotions Assist with administrative duties related to customer support and reporting
