We're looking for a motivated and personable

Junior Customer Service Sales Representative

to join our growing marketing team. You'll play a key role in supporting campaigns, representing client brands, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service during marketing and sales campaigns. Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner at events and promotions. Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Support the marketing and sales teams with campaign execution and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback. Contribute to achieving team sales goals and company targets. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent campaign performance.
