Junior Customer Service Specialist

You'll play a key role in supporting customers, representing client brands, and ensuring a positive customer experience across marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers in person at events and marketing campaigns to provide information and support. Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner. Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude. Assist in collecting customer feedback and providing insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign outcomes. Support daily operations to help achieve marketing and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, approachable, and professional demeanour. Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, full training will be provided. Interest in marketing, customer relations, and brand promotion.
