The role involves supporting the Customs team with the day-to-day management of import and export formalities. This includes preparing and submitting customs entries, issuing accurate clearance instructions to relevant stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with current customs regulations and company policies.###
Key Responsibilities
Log all import and export shipments accurately
Prepare and submit CDS customs declarations (training provided)
Assist with customs paperwork administration and coordination
Monitor shipment status and update relevant records
Communicate with freight forwarders and customs officials as needed
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
Support the customs team with daily operational tasks
Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation

Basic knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping terms, and logistics

Experience with CDS declarations on Descartes (desirable, not essential)
