Your Role: Junior Data Analyst



As a Junior Data Analyst at The Affinity Group, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into valuable insights, supporting our commitment to providing top-notch financial services. We understand that data isn't just a tool but a strategic asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Exploration:

Assist in data exploration and extraction of meaningful insights to support decision-making.

Analysis:

Support the analysis of datasets and identification of trends.

Problem Solving:

Collaborate with various teams to solve data challenges and contribute to process improvements.

Reporting:

Help create reports, dashboards and more creative medias for the business, showcasing the story behind the numbers.

Tool Proficiency:

Utilise your skills in data visualization tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities.

What We're Looking For:



?

Experience:

Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools.

?

Educational Background:

Qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field would be preferred

?

Technical Proficiency:

Experience in data analysis tools and software, ranging from Excel to data visualization tools such as PowerBI would be preferred.

Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Collaborative Spirit:

Ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and contributing to collective success.

Communication Skills:

Good communication skills, capable of translating data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with the financial sector and experience in financial data analysis is a plus.

Schedule:

7.25-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Salary: 25,000 per annum
