This role provides an opportunity for an Intern to join our Analytics and Reporting team, where you will be given the opportunity to work alongside and learn from experienced team members. You will be developing analytics and AI solutions with our AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI. You will work collaboratively with Analysts, Developers, Data Scientists, Consultants, Solution Architects, subject-matter experts and other makers within the business to ensure the products and services meet the needs of the business and provide value. With your work, you will be promoting the adoption, use and best practices of across the Analytics and AI space.



The Analytics and Reporting team works closely with global and regional teams, user groups, business analysts and marketing groups to help identify, implement, and support business requirements. Our team oversees the administration and governance of Analytics, AI & Low-Code platforms globally. We are distributed across the globe and consist of 8 team members.



This role reports to the Global Head of Analytics and Reporting who is based in the UK.

You are interested in, and can show some experience in, software development in either a web/cloud or desktop environment. You enjoy learning new things, sharing your knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues You would like to work in a distributed, multinational, multicultural team on global projects You will have your hands full: + Assisting with the development of applications, automations, AI agents and reports with Analytics, AI and Low-Code development tools.
+ You are keen to build digital solutions using AI
+ Power BI: Data analytics using DAX, data ingestion and transformation using Power Query, developing custom visualisations, advanced analytics using Python & R, and embedding Power BI reports on webpages.
+ Keeping up to date with current methods and what's happening in the industry through hands-on experimentation with new technologies; technical reading; seminar, meet-ups, workshop conference attendance and interaction with subject matter experts
