Junior Sales Designer

to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or career-starters in interior design (degree or diploma preferred but not essential) -- full training is provided, and our proven commission structure makes 50,000 OTE easily achievable, with top performers earning 80,000-100,000.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Designer, you'll combine creativity with customer service to help clients bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. You will:

Create stunning 3D CAD designs using Virtual Worlds (full training provided). Guide customers through the design and purchasing process with professionalism and flair. Follow established showroom and sales processes to deliver consistently excellent service. Learn Bowmans' full product range and apply this knowledge to support customer decisions. Handle order processing, quotations, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain showroom standards and support the wider team.
What We're Looking For

A passion for interior design (degree in Interior Design/Architecture or relevant discipline preferred, but all applicants considered). Strong communication and influencing skills with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. IT literacy (Microsoft Office; CAD experience a bonus but not essential). Flexibility to work weekends as part of a showroom rota. Ambition to succeed in a sales-focused role.
