We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our creative team at The iLUKA Collective. You'll help bring world-class brands to life through unforgettable guest experiences. With a thrilling calendar of global events lined up over the next 3 years in Europe and North America, now is the perfect time to join us.



Summary

As part of our creative team, reporting the to Head of Creative, you'll help develop bold, beautiful visual designs for brand experiences, hospitality environments, and event spaces. You'll assits in translating ideas into impactful designs across print, digital, large-scale environments, merchandise, and more - helping brands tell their stories in vibrant, unforgettable ways.



Key Responsibilities:



Help bring client brands to life across presentations, print and collateral, merchandise, and large-scale branded spaces (overlay).

Learn how to prepare production-ready artwork for print, digital, motion and large-format media.

Be given guideance on how to build creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Support the creative team on event look & feel, moodboards, and pitch materials

Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and external vendors when required.

Keep design files organised, on-brand, and up to spec.

Help with the creation of visual identities and ideas that bring our clients' stories to life.

Balance creative flair with accuracy and fast turnaround times.

Contribute to internal communications and iLUKA's own visual identity.

Assist the business development team with their brand promotion and expansion plans.

Learn how to create icons, infographics, MS templates and guides.

Contribute to improving our online presence; website, social media, email banners, video.



This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary. This role is hands-on, diverse, and offers real opportunity for creative growth.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:



Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as a minimum)

Experience in PowerPoint is beneficial

A sharp eye for layout, typography, and branding

Confidence designing for both digital and print formats

Ability to work under pressure and across multiple projects

Bonus:

Experience in 3D design and Autocad

Extra bonus:

Motion graphics, video editing, Figma, After Effects
