Job Title: Junior Designer
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Location: Office-based role in Lutterworth
Salary: 23,000 - 25,000 per year

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our in-house team in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent design graduate to kick-start their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You'll work across a variety of channels, creating engaging visual content for social media, email marketing, news articles, and more. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about design, enjoys collaborating with others, and wants to grow within a multi-disciplinary marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design visuals for a range of digital channels including:

Social media graphics Email marketing campaigns Website and blog imagery Internal branded materials and templates
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to bring ideas to life across campaigns
Follow brand guidelines while also contributing creative ideas to evolve our visual identity
Adapt assets for different formats, channels, and audiences
Participate in team brainstorms, reviews, and feedback sessions
Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Education & Background:

A degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field A strong portfolio showcasing both academic and personal design projects

Skills & Tools:

Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign at a minimum) Confident designing in Canva Some familiarity with Figma is desirable but not essential Basic understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory An eye for detail and consistency across designs
