The Role

Permanent Full Time

Founded in 1995, Matara UK is a specialist in automation, pneumatics, and linear motion products. Operating from our purpose-built headquarters in Tewkesbury, we provide bespoke solutions to a diverse range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, food, and pharmaceuticals. As part of the Rubix Group, Europe's largest supplier of industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul products and services, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of product visuals, including CAD drawings and 3D models. Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, and social media content. Collaborate with the engineering and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions. Maintain and organize design files and documentation.

Key Skills / Qualifications

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Strong attention to detail and a passion for design. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
