Leaves Property Services delivers high-quality housing, refurbishment, and maintenance services across the South. With continued growth across multiple frameworks, we're expanding our commercial team and looking for a hands-on, organised and trade-savvy Junior Desktop Contracts Manager to help manage the flow of jobs, materials, and subcontractor orders throughout the day.

The Role

Working alongside our senior Contracts Managers, you'll monitor and manage incoming job orders, update job progress in real time, and ensure materials and subcontractor instructions are processed quickly and accurately.

This is a fast-paced, desk-based role that requires trade knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and respond to live job requests throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and review incoming job orders and progress updates in real time Code and process works using our internal CRM and client systems Raise and track material orders with suppliers to meet programme requirements Instruct subcontractors and manage their workflow against job milestones Liaise with site teams and operatives to confirm access, variations, and completions Help resolve any supply chain or job status issues that may impact delivery Maintain accurate job records and ensure works meet commercial and compliance standards Assist with basic quoting or job pricing tasks as training progresses

Key Requirements

Previous trade experience (e.g. multi-trade, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, groundworks) Strong understanding of how housing maintenance or construction jobs are delivered Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Strong IT and communication skills - confident using job management or CRM systems Organised, proactive, and keen to build a long-term career in contracts or commercial management Willing to attend college/training as part of a structured development programme Full UK driving licence preferred
