About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Developer who is eager to learn, excited by technology, and ready to get stuck into real-world coding from the get-go. You'll be working directly alongside an extremely experienced developer who will support your growth and guide you through the technical landscape.

No professional experience is required - just a solid understanding of coding fundamentals, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in software development.

Tech You'll Work With

Frontend:

JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js

Backend:

PHP (WordPress), Node.js

Other Tools:

Git, modern dev workflows, REST APIs

What You'll Do

Contribute to building and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins Develop web applications using React.js and Node.js Collaborate on design and implementation of technical solutions Participate in code reviews, project planning, and feature development Learn fast and level up your skills through real, hands-on experience

What We're Looking For

Passion for coding and web development Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Familiarity with or interest in PHP, WordPress, and/or React Willingness to learn new technologies and best practices Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team Based in or able to commute to Woodstock, Oxfordshire

Personal projects, GitHub contributions, or a portfolio Exposure to TypeScript or Node.js Curiosity about how modern web applications are built and deployed
