to join our small and newly formed marketing team.
This role will play a key role in supporting a wide range of B2B and D2C marketing and sales activities from running digital campaigns and social media content, to helping with day-to-day marketing administration and campaign coordination.
This role would be ideal for a graduate with some experience in industry or someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and deepen their skills. We're looking for someone immersed in digital and social platforms who is ready to put this knowledge into practice to generate sales, awareness and engagement. You'll be hands-on across multiple projects, helping us to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across our collections and owned brands.
The role is based at our head office in Leighton Buzzard, with the successful candidate working collaboratively in the office, for 4 days a week and 1 day can, if desired, work from home.
There may be some travel required to key stores, fairs and exhibitions and events
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns in line with wider strategies across channels including social media, email, and content marketing
Set up, monitor, and optimise paid ad campaigns via Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and help grow our online presence
Responsible for organic content creation across multiple platforms (including copywriting and editing images/videos/reels/stories)
Assist in PR and influencer related activity such as sample requests and influencer briefs and responses
Assist in website management and content updates (e.g. landing pages, PDP's)
Help track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics and social media insights
Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and content to increase engagement and brand awareness
Conduct research into competitors, market trends, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to test new ideas as we scale and keep smooth operation of tasks in line with key objectives
Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year+ marketing experience in a professional/work context (preferably in-house)
A good understanding of digital marketing and social media, ideally with some hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
Assist in ideation and execution of social media competitions
Able to analyse ROI and ROAS on activity executed and support monthly reporting
A genuine interest in digital marketing and social media, with a good understanding of core digital and marketing principles
Knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics
Proficient in using Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with great attention to detail
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Good at writing copy and able to tailor across platforms and to different audiences
Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners
A hands-on team player who's adaptable, curious, and eager to learn

Salary 25,000+ depending experience
