The Role:



As Revere's Junior Digital Marketing Specialist you're able to apply yourself across a wide range of Martech solutions, being highly agile and applying a technical and operational mindset, and developing an appreciation for the commercial impact your role plays. You assist in implementing the content and experience component of our Technology Solutions offering with best practice applied in everything you do, always with a view on delivering an even better outcome for our clients.

You have autonomy in your role and are expected to help shape the service offering and input into an ever-evolving department. You are encouraged to challenge what we do, why we're doing it and to provide fact-based opinion to deliver a highly valued service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Day-to-day you're delivering for our clients, across multiple systems and projects, from automation and CMS, through to vendor campaign activation. But as an extension to your responsibilities, you have the confidence to challenge and to define objectives, and be driven to improve our offering.

Your role works seamlessly with all specialisms in our Technology Solutions department, reviewing insights and utilising these to improve performance. The role requires a comprehensive consultative approach across a wide range of martech, achieving the best possible performance for our clients, and all aligned to the strategic objectives of Revere's Vision, Mission & Purpose.

Key Responsibilities:



Innovation



Always critiquing the services we've adopted and proactively identifying where further opportunities could develop. You have daily input into our appropriate use of martech, Input into the identification of new tools and partners that can support, enhance and improve our solutions Manage marketing automation activities, including developing lead scoring and nurture flows within multiple platforms, and be able to guide and advise clients irrespective of their martech stack. You plan and deliver leading automation activity that supports wider activation

Consulting



You advise clients across a wide-range of martech solutions, including some applications that are licenced directly by clients. You are planning for the long-term success of our client's digital marketing activity Have input into Revere's marketing efforts from a martech perspective, treating Revere as if a fully paid client. Working with the Client Director, Marketing and Sales, be forthcoming in suggesting new, bold strategies to aid efforts centred around BD, tech stack or inbound/outbound activities to attract our ICPs within our target organisations Have operational involvement in ABM activity, at either 1:1 or 1:few, adjusting approach based on insights

Operations



Working with the Digital Marketing Specialist and CDO, input into the cost benefit analysis of all offered services and proactively introduce emerging, industry-leading martech

The Person:



Experience in a similar role within a marketing agency, utilising a wide range of martech applications including HubSpot or Marketo, Wordpress or similar CMS and Google Analytics and Tag Manager Have hands-on experience of managing paid media campaign activities through LinkedIn and additional, paid media channels Proven ability in marketing automation, demonstrating successful implementation of automation solutions, and operational excellence via nurture flows, lead scoring, and driving ROI. Experience in HubSpot management is essential, with any experience in Marketo seen as valuable Experience of managing reporting systems, or attribution modelling, is required Experience of rolling out new approaches, such as personalised websites, interactive video and animated, bespoke landing pages for clients Be highly analytical and data savvy, with a logical mindset that enables you to act based on performance data. Work directly with data to extract the insights you need to make informed, operational decisions Be adaptable and comfortable holding martech-focused conversations with both internal and external stakeholders. Broad experience and understanding of marketing technology is required
