We are looking for a motivated

Junior eCommerce Assistant

to join our team and support our digital growth. In this

in house, hands on

role you will gain hands on experience across eCommerce operations, helping manage our online stores and supporting marketing activities. If you have a proactive attitude and want to build a career in online retail, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising across all online stores.

Optimise product listings by updating descriptions, images, pricing, metadata and SEO elements.

Identify opportunities to improve the website user experience and overall site performance.

Monitor and analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour.

Stay up to date with platform features, ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.

Assist in creating TikTok, social, and UGC-style product content when needed.

Assist with the design and execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

What We're Looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Web Development or a related field is desirable.

Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Interest in eCommerce, UX, and improving online shopping experiences.

Comfortable using CMS tools, page builders, and basic front-end editors.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Liquid is desirable.

Experience with marketplaces & eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage.

Confident troubleshooting minor website/content issues and performing QA checks.

Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across teams.

Enthusiastic about digital trends, content creation, and continuous learning.
