Key Responsibilities:
xf0x9fx94xb9 Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
xf0x9fx94xb9 Fault finding & troubleshooting
xf0x9fx94xb9 Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
xf0x9fx94xb9 Maintain plant rooms, pumps, and motors
xf0x9fx94xb9 Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
xf0x9fx94xb9 Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
xf0x9fx94xb9 Maintain up-to-date maintenance logbooks
xf0x9fx94xb9 Handle client-facing responsibilities
What Were Looking For:
Electrically qualified (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship)
Hardworking & eager to learn
Previous experience in commercial building maintenance (preferred)
Strong communication & client-facing skills
Ability to provide relevant trade certificates
