The Opportunity

As our

Junior CRM Manager

, you'll collaborate with and assist one of our Senior CRM Managers to deliver high-performing campaigns that wow clients and drive results. You'll get involved in everything from planning and testing to design, automation, and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Management:

Assist, support, and work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to bring email campaigns to life from segmentation to execution, ensuring messages land in the right inboxes at the right time.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

: Support the execution of targeted email marketing campaigns by assisting in briefs and sign offs, audience segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise content and continuously improve performance through data analysis.

Content Creation and Optimisation

: Work with our design team to develop visually engaging emails that perform brilliantly on both desktop and mobile.

Analytics and Reporting:

Support the Senior CRM Manager by monitoring key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions) and contribute insights to make every campaign better than the last.

Automation and Technology

: Assist in the briefing and set up of automated workflows (think: welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups) and continuously refine for maximum impact.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new formats, interactive emails, and real-time personalisation.

What We're Looking For

Experience in email or digital marketing. Familiarity with CRM systems and automation platforms. Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Great communicator, both written and verbal. Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a dynamic team environment.

Bonus Points If You
