About you: You will join an exciting and dynamic team focused on execution, where you'll thrive as an Employee Success Junior Business Partner. Reporting to the Global Employee Success Business Partner for the ERP Division, you'll be passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience in ERP. You'll have experience empowering leaders to build high-achieving teams by being curious about business challenges and understanding how to support leaders to drive results through their people. Whilst you recognise the importance of process, you prioritise people and keep them at the centre of your decision-making. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, knowing that real success requires an iterative approach. You are proactive, with a genuine passion for making things better every day. Day-to-day, you will: o Report to the Global Employee Success Business Partner for the ERP division, implementing divisional workforce plans, global people initiatives, and projects whilst being data-obsessed to drive decision-making and maintain focus on priorities o Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and drive programmes that advance the People Strategy for ERP, working with divisional management and leadership teams to engage over 1,200 employees across EMEA, APAC, and the US o Support ERP division leadership and General Managers across subdivisions (Small Business, Construction, Core, and Specialised) with engagement requirements, partnering with Enablement and Communications teams on internal communication strategies and employee engagement programmes o Coach managers and implement group initiatives on employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management, and probationary periods, whilst supporting division-wide rollouts of employee experience, engagement, wellbeing, DEI, and giving initiatives Your skills and experiences might also include: o Excellent project prioritisation and decision-making using data, analytics, and insight to make quick decisions, inform communications and engagement activities, and execute effectively o Commercial aptitude with strong analytical skills to interpret and present HR metrics whilst being results-oriented and able to support rapid organisational change as a self-starter o Relationship building and influence with confidence to partner across all leadership levels, using employee relations knowledge to coach managers and drive essential actions o Process design and problem-solving expertise with a detail-oriented yet flexible approach to creating clear processes and solving problems in a fast-paced environment What are we all about?
