Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineer with an electronics background to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with relevant work experience (degree not essential if you can demonstrate strong practical skills). You'll support our core service pillars: Compliance & Certification, Product & Supplier Intelligence, and Technical Risk.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in technical due diligence, compliance gap analysis, and regulatory strategy projects. Support competitive design benchmarking, reverse engineering, and reliability modeling. Participate in supplier audits, quality analysis, and manufacturing process evaluations. Prepare technical documentation and contribute to actionable client reports. Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver fast, insightful, and practical solutions for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Electronics background (degree preferred but not essential; relevant work experience considered). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in compliance, product development, and technical risk analysis. Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Right to work in the UK and willingness to work on-site full time.
