Estate Agent (Level 2 Qualified)

Location: Marylebone London
Salary: 27,500 - 30,000 depending on experience
Job type: Full time, permanent

We're a family-run property company with offices in Wiltshire and Central London. Our team manages and sells homes across the region, and we're known for being professional but down-to-earth.

We're looking for someone who's already achieved their Propertymark Level 2 qualification (or similar) and wants to take the next step in their career.

What the job involves

Managing your own portfolio of properties and clients

Handling valuations, viewings and marketing

Keeping paperwork and compliance fully up to date

Supporting the wider team and helping to guide trainees

What we're looking for

Propertymark Level 2 qualification (or equivalent)

Confident, well-organised and professional

A genuine team player who enjoys helping people

Must have a full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for business use)

What we offer

27,500 - 30,000 starting salary, depending on experience
