Role Overview:


As a Junior Event Advisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting and delivering marketing events across various locations. You will represent client brands, interact with the public, and ensure that every event runs smoothly and delivers impact. Key Responsibilities:



Represent client brands at promotional events, trade shows, and pop-up campaigns Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner Assist in setting up event displays and promotional materials Provide product or service information and answer customer enquiries Collect feedback and report on event success and customer interactions Support the Event Manager with coordination, logistics, and on-site problem-solving Maintain a strong knowledge of the client's brand, values, and offerings Travel to event locations as required

Requirements:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, energetic, and people-focused personality Ability to stay calm and organised in busy event environments Willingness to learn and grow with the team Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed Previous experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not essential
