Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about events, marketing, and building hands-on experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, organisation, and setup of promotional events and marketing campaigns. Represent client brands at events, engaging with customers and providing excellent service. Support the events team in day-to-day administrative tasks and logistics. Gather feedback and report on customer engagement and event outcomes. Ensure all events run smoothly and meet company standards for quality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident when engaging with the public. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in events, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
