Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Agent, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, supporting the events team to ensure every detail runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and eager to build a career in event marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the organisation and setup of events, including venue preparation and logistics
Support event teams on the day to ensure smooth operation and excellent client service
Engage with event attendees to represent the client brand positively
Manage event materials and equipment before, during, and after events
Help with post-event activities such as data collection, feedback gathering, and reporting
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives
Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks related to events
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Previous experience in events or marketing is a plus but not essential
