Junior Finance Business Partner | Up to 40,000 | Hybrid working | Chichester

In this role, you'll work closely with the Finance Business Partner to deliver high-quality financial insight to our procurement, distribution, and supply chain teams--helping drive stronger cost control, improved decision making and EBITDA growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Finance Business Partner in delivering financial insight across the procurement, distribution and supply chain functions
• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards and KPI summaries for commercial and supply chain stakeholders
• Ownership of weekly reporting providing clear financial insight of weekly financial performance, and assisting with the monthly reporting and forecasting process
• Evaluates data effectively and can summarise to non-financial stakeholders within the supply chain team
• Initially having an increased focus on business partnership with the distribution team
• Develop ownership of finance business partnering for the distribution team, supporting them with clear reporting, analysis, and insight while building strong cross-functional relationships
• Supporting a relentless continuous improvement culture within the team and amongst stakeholders
• Calculating size of opportunity of creating value initiatives, tracking actualised performance and investigating variances to expectations

Requirements

• AAT level 4 or relevant degree
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and comfortable working with datasets and spreadsheets.
• Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Able to build relationships
• Able to work well in a team and independently
