Junior Finance Manager - Financial Services Market
Central London (Fully onsite)
35,000-40,000 + discretionary 20% annual bonus

This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant with hands-on finance experience who's ready to take the next step. With strong growth plans and a high performing team, this position offers potential progression into a Finance Manager role - perfect for someone sharp, ambitious, and with at least 2-3 years within the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase ledger
- Intercompany transactions
- Accruals & prepayments
- Month-end reporting
- Financial analysis and ad hoc project support
- To be actively studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA (ideally already part qualified)
- Experience within the financial services sector
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Intermediate (ideally advanced) level in Excel
- A confident communicator and collaborative team player
- 35,000-40,000 base salary + 20% discretionary annual bonus
