About Us:

BloomsArt is a London-based creative studio specialising in high-quality artificial floral installations for restaurants, hotels, retailers, and events. We are known for transforming spaces with colour, imagination, and artistry.

The Role:

We're looking for a junior florist / floral designer with motivation, creativity, and an eye for detail. This is a hands-on role where you'll help design and build large-scale floral installations -- mixing colours, experimenting with design, and contributing to bold, imaginative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the construction and design of large floral installations (walls, arches, garlands, displays). Multitasking across several projects and deadlines. Supporting with preparation and on-site installations across London. Mixing colours and floral elements to create artistic, balanced designs. Learning to put together simple proposals for clients using basic computer programs (training can be provided). (Bonus) Helping capture projects through photos and videos for social media content. Bringing fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to the team.
Requirements:

Passion for flowers, art, and creative design (essential). Some experience in floristry, art, or design is a plus -- but creativity is key. Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn. Ability to multitask and handle busy, hands-on projects. Valid UK driving licence (essential). Basic computer skills and willingness to learn simple client proposal design. Social media and video-making skills are a bonus.
Pay & Terms:

This is a self-employed position. Rate: 15 per hour (paid per hours worked). Hours may vary depending on project needs.
