Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Altrincham

As a key member of our in-house design team, you'll support a wide range of creative projects - from brochures and branding to social media graphics and presentation decks. Working closely with our Group Design Manager, you'll bring your eye for detail and passion for design to everything you do, making sure our materials are polished, professional, and always on-brand. If youre organised, creative, and looking to grow your design career, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Design:

Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce eye-catching marketing materials, from brochures and merchandise to internal graphics and event stands.

Presentation Power:

Format and design proposals and presentations in PowerPoint and Word, developing engaging templates for wider team use.

Visual Content Creation:

Design social media assets and email graphics that align with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.

Image Library Management:

Keep our internal image banks up to date and organised, ensuring we always have fresh, on-brand imagery at our fingertips.

Project Support:

Collaborate with the Bids & Tenders team, helping bring proposals to life through compelling visuals.

Deadline Driven:

Deliver high-quality design work on time and aligned with marketing schedules.

Admin & Maintenance:

Support the Design Manager on various tasks, ensuring smooth creative operations.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Designer:

You've got a design qualification and a portfolio that shows off your flair and attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy:

You're confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and know your way around Microsoft Office - especially PowerPoint and Word.

Detail-Oriented:

You've got a sharp eye for detail and strong proofreading skills.

Great Communicator:

Whether it's explaining your ideas or working with different teams, you know how to collaborate.

Organised & Efficient:

Excellent time management skills and a calm, methodical approach to juggling multiple deadlines.
