The Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for e-commerce to join our creative team. You will be at the heart of our production, taking concepts from initial ideas in Figma to high-converting Shopify stores.

This isn't just about making things look pretty; it's about understanding user behavior and designing experiences that sell. You'll work closely with our CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Strategists to turn data into beautiful, functional digital storefronts.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Custom Store Design:

Create end-to-end designs for new Shopify builds, ensuring every pixel aligns with the brand's identity and goals.

Figma Rebuilds:

Take existing Shopify stores and meticulously rebuild them in Figma to allow for rapid prototyping and design iterations.

UX/UI Optimization:

Collaborate with our CRO Strategist to identify friction points in the user journey and design elegant solutions to fix them.

Store Evolution:

Assist with ongoing design amendments and feature updates for our existing roster of Shopify clients.

Visual Asset Creation:

Support the wider team with high-quality digital assets, including promotional banners, landing pages, and email templates.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

Experience:

Approximately 2 years of experience in a design role, specifically within the

e-commerce

space.

Software Mastery:

You are a "power user" of

Figma

and highly proficient in the

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator).

Platform Knowledge:

A solid understanding of the

Shopify

ecosystem and its design constraints/possibilities.

Soft Skills:

Creative Problem Solver:

You don't just spot a design flaw; you enjoy finding the most efficient way to solve it.

Adaptable & Fast-Paced:

You thrive in a scaling environment where priorities can shift.

Ego-Free Collaborator:

You take feedback from CRO data and team members constructively to get the best result for the client.

Attention to Detail:

You have a "design eye" that catches a 1px misalignment from across the room.
