Junior Graphic Designer
Job Description
VX3 is a leading specialist sportswear brand, providing team kits to sports teams, educational institutions, and other organisations, as well as operating our own direct to consumer retail business. Due to rapid growth, we're on the hunt for a dedicated and creative Junior Graphic Designer, with a passion for sport, to work within our existing graphic design team.
The role is focused on kit design across the sporting spectrum, as well as efficient processing of orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, the ability to work efficiently and quickly on the appropriate software, and a keen eye on the sports retail market. We are a young, fast-growing company, and as such we are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile in order to hit deadlines.
Objectives of this Role:
Setting artwork up for print and creating visuals for proofing To assist with scaling and graphic placement Coordinate regular communication with factory on all graphic related issues Manage own workload efficiently Ensure that all design work is completed within agreed timescales Liaise with production facility to ensure process is being followed and is efficient Adhere to design processes Help shape the look and feel of customer documentation Develop a thorough understanding of our products and the various personalisation options available
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong communication skills
Vast experience in Adode Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator and Photoshop
Keen interest in sports, and sports retail in particular with an understanding of current kit trends

Pay: 25,400.00 per year
