Job Role
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our friendly design studio, working closely with our design team and marketing department.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to create engaging content, from eye-catching graphics to digital artwork for our Amazon shops, while also contributing to a broad spectrum of design work - including marketing collateral for tradeshows, catalogues, and seasonal campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
As Creating engaging digital content, including graphics, animations and visuals that showcase our brands.
Supporting marketing by producing digital artwork for Amazon shops, online platforms, and wider promotional materials such as catalogues, POS, and marketing collateral.
Assisting with packaging artwork and layouts (experience is great, but not essential).
Contributing to design work for tradeshows, seasonal campaigns, and other key brand touchpoints.
Working closely with the design team and collaborating with departments across the company.
Exploring new ways to use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design workflows and enhance product presentation.
Managing your time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
A designer with strong typography and layout skills, confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience creating visual content for social media and digital platforms, in collaboration with marketing to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
Knowledge of AI tools - bonus points if you've already used AI in your creative work and are excited about how it can enhance design and marketing.
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills - not essential, but a plus if you have them (or are eager to learn).
Image manipulation and retouching skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
