About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the creation and delivery of engaging visual content across a variety of platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent
graduate
with a passion for design and a good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

, you'll be involved in real-time projects from day one, gaining valuable industry experience and learning on the job. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
This role is based on-site full time, Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, packaging, social media assets, and presentations
Support with internal communications and brand development tasks
Ensure all design output is consistent with brand guidelines
Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with external suppliers when needed
Contribute ideas and creative input during team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Take ownership of small projects with support and guidance from the Senior Graphic Designer
Support the wider marketing team as required
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual who is keen to develop with a growing business. Our ideal candidate will have:
Essential
A recent graduate in Graphic Design or a related discipline
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and an understanding of visual design principles
Good attention to detail and a strong sense of layout, typography, and colour
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges
Desirable
Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro or After Effects)
Previous experience through internships, freelance work or coursework projects
