You will be working with the Hire Manager to assist with administrative duties within the rehire processes including the maintenance and growth of new and existing clients from diverse sectors including construction, events, civil engineering and utilities contractors to name but a few.
Key Responsibilities
Deal with hire desk processes, queries, order processing and scheduling
Develop close customer working relationships with new and existing customers
Following company policies and procedures relating to hire desk processes
Managing stock systems
Providing the customer with appropriate levels of support
Skills Required
Good organisational skills
Good communication both written and oral
Background in a customer service role would be preferred
Computer literate
This is an entry level role, as the role grows there will be fantastic development opportunities

Pay: Up to 29,000.00 per year
