Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of the flats and communal areas to make sure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department. Travelling between flats required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment is essential. Strong knowledge of janitorial practices and cleaning techniques is required. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
