The role of Junior HR Business Partner will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and the wider HR team to support the delivery of LifeArc's people strategy. This role plays a key part in driving forward the HR agenda by contributing to all aspects of the employee life cycle, while also taking operational ownership across the organisation and supporting strategic HR projects.

About you:



You will:



Act as the first point of contact for HR matters including employee relations, sickness absence cases, exit interviews, maternity and shared parental leave Provide guidance, counselling, and training to line managers and employees Lead and own cases and escalating more complex issues to the Senior HR Business Partner Independently and collaboratively solve non-routine problems and develop solutions for own work area to provide a seamless service Ensure onboarding, promotions and offboarding processes are positive experiences for our employees by supporting the relevant review meetings and maintaining records on agreed outcomes Maintain and update trackers in a timely manner to ensure accurate people data and identify trends for driving business change Support the wider HR team with organisation wide HR projects from initial inception through to successful roll out Create reports and use HR data to spot trends, helping inform decisions and support the wider organisation with meaningful insights

Essential experience required:



Knowledge of UK Employment law and HR best practice Experience and knowledge of employee relations and the fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures Ability to assist and advise on all aspects of the employee life cycle Experience of working collaboratively in as fast paced environment with a variety of stakeholders Track record of contributing to HR projects and organisational change efforts, promoting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture Developed ability to use and leverage data, creating insights and actions including supporting decision making

Education and qualifications required:



Has or is working towards Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent Aspiring to study toward Level 7 CIPD qualification

A people-focused team player with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, de-escalate challenging situations, and foster a positive working environment Able to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity across all levels of the organisation Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet critical deadlines Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning, with a genuine desire to expand knowledge and enhance professional capabilities. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and maturity Experience in a fast-paced or matrixed organisation Proficient in MicroSoft Office and HRIS systems

Salary will be determined by qualifications and experience along with other exceptional benefits.
