An exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner has arisen at our Support Services Function based in Southport.


Reporting to the Head of HR, the role of Junior HR Business Partner is a fast-paced, busy and varied role, allowing for exceptional exposure to a wide variety of employee relations matters. This role involves care homes (regional), head office and home-based working. As the business is 365 days/ 7 days/ 24 hours operation the successful candidate will need to be agile in their approach to supporting with the business needs.


Supporting and providing advice and guidance to managers on a wide variety of employee relations and management matters including absence, sickness, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy and TUPE Developing, implementing, administering and maintaining employee policies and procedures as well as managing ad hoc HR related projects Supporting with recruitment assignments, particularly where demand outweighs supply Advising on company benefits packages and terms and conditions Significant focus on absence management and sustained performance Supporting in the identification and development of talent Design, delivery and coaching on HR related people management best practice training and playing an active role in the delivery of induction events, employee engagement activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives and performance improvement activities Managing and reporting on key HR performance indicators including; starters, leavers, headcounts, absence, attrition, ER, talent and succession, etc

Essential Experience/Qualifications




Working knowledge of the HR advisory framework The ideal candidates for this role will be comfortable taking direction and working autonomously in order to deliver goals and objectives Excellent communication skills and have the ability to establish, build and influence stakeholder relationships very quickly * CIPD Qualification
